Present Tense
The present tense refers to the action or event that takes place or is taking place in the present. It doesn’t involve any changes to the verb form except for third-person singular subjects, where “-s” or “-es” is added.
- Simple present tense – Habitual actions and facts
- Present continuous tense – an action happens continuously at present
- Present perfect tense –Just now completed actions
- Present Perfect continuous tense – Started in the past and continuing in the present
